Just found out the other day that I have a small patch of shingles on my back. I've been prescribed ointment and medication. I know that you can only be contagious to people (likely children) who haven't has chickenpox. I work in a grocery store/ customer service and am nervous that touching items may affect people, should I take any time off work?
