Having more gases formed passed may have these few causes.
1. The food , more gas generating food ( onions, cabbages, pulses etc)
2. Less fluid intake
3. Lack of physical exercise
4. Medications ( iron tablets , few multivitamins )
What you should do is just review any of the factors described above.
Try to correct them.
Also a good advice would be to eat lot of curd.
