My 2 month nephew diagnoses with Tetrology of Fallot. There is no symptoms in his body. He is also gaining weight on month on month. Someone please guide me for the treatment or it can be cure by medicine or he need to go for surgery.

It need to be treated with surgery , usually around 6 months . Consult nearby cardiologist . They will evaluated and refer to surgery.
