I ve attached my reports please tel me whether I can get pregnant naturally if no what is the solution. My periods vary frm 22 to 25 days so when I ve try to get pregnant. My son is 10 years old and v ve nt taken any precautions frm 7 years. So please advice me. TIA.

Hello i can understand yr problem.  First thing yr amh is 1.4 with is indicative of low ovarian reserve. But yr ultrasound shows presence of follicles . Plz do yr husband semen analysis if normal go for 2 to max 3 cycles of iui no results plz go for ivf bcz of low amh.
