2 fingers got crushed between car door

Its close to 48 hours since my Index finger and middle finger of left hand got crushed by the car door. It was swollen very badly. I kept using ice and used crepe band also.Now my middle finger is better but index finger still has a little swelling and is paining. Please suggest

Apply cold pack for 2 3 days.. watch your pain and avoid movement of those fingers. If it persists you should get an xray done to rule out fracture
