1yr baby put nephthlene ball in mouth

My 1year old baby accidentally put nephthlene ball in his mouth but I saw and take it out immediately and washed his mouth until the odor goes ... I don't know from how long he is sucking that ball . What should I do now ?

I would suggest to take him to the nearby pediatrics hospital and get his stomach cleared
