1st trimester screening test

Hi, I have done a routine blood check up of 1st trimester ANTENATAL test and got my report yesterday in which one of the report trisomy 21 is come with high risk(1:7) as well as trisomy 13/18 is also in high risk of ratio (1:11) my age is 27. I am scared to see this report so can you please just let me know what next i need to do for reducing this risk. Thanks in advance.

That are screening test. What are your ultrasound markers?? Yup can undergo amniocentesis or cell free DNA test for confirmation
