14 years old, mass in my left breast

I'm 14 years old, just recently had my first period, and I've recently realized i have a mass in my left breast.my left breast is naturally bigger than my right so i don't know if its just that my left breast is growing larger and quicker than my right but i'm kind of scared it's cancerous. My grandma suffered with breast cancer 3 times.
