Respect sir / mam , My sister is 13 weeks 5 days pregnant .she had  obstetric ultrasound on 25-5-2021 , cervix measure -4.4 cm , internal os closed , what does this mean , is there any cause of concern or is it normal . doctor advised her for total bed rest , because she always has lower abdominal pain .
