My 12 year son woke up crying at 1.30 am today with shivering. Thermometer showed 101 fever. He is having cold since previous day. We gave him crocin. Please advise.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can give him a syp. Dolopar 250 -5ml thrice a day after food for 2 days. Ask him to drink plenty of fluids. Give him soft foods.
