My baby have fever with 102degree for past one day, given P120 syrup but fever not reduced What is the next step to control my baby fever Please suggest

Greetings kindly use meftal p syrup as sos once the temperature more than 102f Otherwise use paracetamol every 4-6 hrly ,do Sponging to reduce the temperature Hydrate the child well
