Iam suffering with diabetes used Geminor M1 Forte & Istamet 50/500 & used Divya chandraprabhava vati. Request you please provide 💯 health supplements tablets for to avoid disease's. What is the use of pippali . Normally can I uses this pippali for disease control. Pl advise.
