Hello It’s normal for breastfed babies to not poop every day. As long as your baby is active, feeding well, and passing gas, there is no need to worry. Most babies settle into a more regular pattern by 6–8 weeks. Breast milk is easily digested, and very little waste may be left to form stool. Some babies may poop after every feed; others only once every few days. It’s called “infantile stool withholding” and is usually harmless.

At 1 month, it is normal for exclusively breastfed babies to not pass stool for 1–3 days,  As long as your baby is feeding well, active, passing gas, and not showing signs of discomfort or abdominal distension, and adequate weight gain there's usually no need to worry.
