1.5 Years old - Fever - 100.5 Temp

My 1.5 yrs son is having fever just started. 100.5 Temperature. His weight is 9.25 Kg. I have Dolo - 250 Syrup. Please let me know how many times I need to give him paracetamol syrup & how much is the dosage. Till how many days/hours I need to continue.

Hi, Give him 2.5 ml 6 hrly if temperature more than 99.4 deg F.
