"Raised nerves" behind eye meaning

I have been having lots of concerning neurological issues including difficulty focusing in one eye. My eye Dr just told me after my exam that the nerves are significantly raised behind one eye, causing my symptoms and made me an appointment w an opthamologist tomorrow. What does this mean? What can cause that? Do I have a glioma?

Could be papilledema. Due to raised pressure. See the opthalmologist. May be a brain MRI is required.
