During the first interaction where a two month package for 22K was sold to me, i understood that the treatment would be wholistic - "Buy 1, get 2 free" words were used. However during the course of treatment, i had a hand numbing experience which i asked for excercises to relieve, i was refused saying i would need to join another complete program. Dissappointed!

The clinic administration seems to push for unreasonable higher profits- when i requested some sort of written explaination of excercises prescribed, which are to be continued through life, i was refused and told to write them down myself. Found that extremely unprofessional and a stingy approach.

Ms Fharzana was very patient and accommodative in listening to the ailments of the patient directly as well as from my end after which she took time to explain where the origin of the pain areas are on a musculoskeletal picture and her treatment plan.

The key aspect with aged people remains their comfort and that is something Ms. Fharzana extended without an effort to my grandmother. This adds trust between patient and doctor / therapist relationships and helps in a long way in the patient welcoming the treatment plan with an open mind.

First day of treatment has been very good. In fact Ms. Fharzana has a customised cervical pillow at her clinic which was a useful purchase considering my granny’s condition. Ms. Fharzana explained the right posture to maintain while sleeping on the side and how to adjust and maintain the level of granny’s head while sleeping sideways.

Granny’s eagerly awaiting to complete her treatment plan and recover from her aches and pains. We do know for sure that we are in the right hands.
