I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on the therapy sessions you have been conducting with my husband for his OCD and our work in couple therapy.

First, I want to sincerely thank you for the patience, care, and expertise you've shown throughout the process. It's clear that you have a deep understanding of OCD, and it has been incredibly reassuring to see how you've tailored your approach to my husband's specific needs.

Since starting therapy, we have noticed some significant changes in my husband’s behaviors and how he is managing his OCD. He seems more in control of his compulsions and has been able to implement some of the coping strategies you suggested. There have been fewer moments of overwhelming anxiety, and it feels like he is gradually gaining more confidence in handling challenging situations.

In our couple therapy sessions, we’ve been able to communicate more openly. It’s been transformative for our relationship, and we feel more connected. The exercises around active listening and discussing emotions have helped us address difficult topics without falling into old patterns of frustration. We’ve also noticed we are more patient with each other, and I feel that we are both committed to understanding each other better.
