Then i decided to visit a psychiatrist and indeed i prefer the best one i.e Dr.munish sir.
His talk is very soothing in nature and always ready to help at any time(even ready to help on phone call)..
He really listen to your problem carefully nd pen it down immediately so that your record be kept for a long time and obvioulsy to check your progress ..
Generally he avoid medicine but in exception case like mine one very light amount of medicine is prescribed.
