I visited Dr clinic today for my husband and me. First they asked to pay fee in advance, ***** ** *** **** ******
Then he just asked what is sugar level *** ******* *** ******* **** ** **** ******* ** ********* Then he did not even see the medicine my husband is already taking and asked him to do all tests again in his pathology. He tried to explain that he has already done all tests, but didn't even care to listen and see the reports.
When my turn came, he did not care to listen for what problems I have come to see him. ** ****** **** *** *** ********** *** ** *** ******* ** ********** When I asked him to atleast listen to my problem, he got irritated saying I deal with patients every day and what is ur problem. Of you have skin problems change your skin specialist, no problem could be related to skin internally.

She was already undergoing a treatment for Diabetes and Blood pressure. The doctor prescribed new medications both for Diabetes and BP to be taken 15 minutes apart before and after breakfast. I got a bit suspicious as my mother usually used to take medication at breakfast and then either after lunch or dinner. Hence I decided to consult my family doctor to see if it’s possible that there is some confusion. He suggested I speak to Dr Chittawar again ** *** ********** ****** *** *** **** ******* ** **** I contacted the clinic requesting to speak to the doctor but instead his assistant spoke to us. They asked us for the blood reports at that point and then contacted back and said they “mistyped” the prescription and furnished a new one. Inspite of such a reckless mistake, the doctor did not speak to us directly, leave aside apologising for such a reckless mistake. ** ****** ** * ******* ***** *** ***** **** **** **** ************* **** *** ********** ********* ****** ************ ***** ***** **** **** **** *********** *** ***** this is highly disappointing.Read less

Prior to visit I made an appointment and time slot was given to me. Upon arrival waiting time was not longer but sitting arrangements were too bad, rusted dirty stainless steel chairs were unsafe. Second step to pay the fee Rs. 800 and body weight, height and blood pressure readings were carried out. Next step to see the doctor and doctor using the microphone speaker assisted by a female staff. He asked questions with patient and asked patient to undergo urine and some other tests. I requested Dr. that patient has done tests recently in other lab and result with me in hard copy, please have a look. He got angry and ********** stating I have so see many patients, I’m not like other doctors and ready to listen patient request. **** ***** *** *********** ** *** Anyhow, I carried out all the recommended test and after waiting another 25 minutes, Dr called to prescribe the medications, which he did.
It was my first visit to this Doctor and wish not to visit him again ******* ** *** *********** Patient started taking his prescriptions purchased from his own premises pharmacy. Let’s wait and see if medication works for patient. Read less

My Mother visited him today and tried to explain him the issue she is facing after taking medicine, instead of listening to her he just asked to take medicine an hour before usual time. ALSO he does not allow the person accompanying patient to talk about issues patient is facing. He does not give enough time to patients and least interested in follow up meetings.Read less
