I visited Unwinding Minds for anxiety and depression counselling, and the experience genuinely helped me a lot. This was my second time seeking counselling, after a friend recommended it to me, and I’m really glad I decided to take that step.

From the very beginning, Ms. Gunjan made me feel comfortable and heard. I was struggling with a lot of overthinking, confusion, and emotional ups and downs, but through the sessions I slowly started understanding my own patterns and triggers better. What I appreciated most was that she guided me step by step with small, practical changes that actually felt possible to follow in real life.

She is very understanding, patient, and non-judgmental, which made it easier for me to open up honestly during the sessions. The clarity I got over time was honestly amazing, and I could notice positive changes in the way I handled my thoughts and emotions. I’m still working on myself, but I now feel much more aware, calmer, and emotionally stronger than before. The personality assessment was actually really helpful as it gave me a clearer understanding of my patterns and why I react the way I do. The way Ms. Gunjan did the report discussion session that itself brought a lot of clarity.

Over the sessions, we worked on identifying triggers, especially around anger, and I slowly started becoming more aware of my responses. It wasn’t an overnight change, but with regular sessions, I could see a shift in how I handled situations. I felt more in control and less reactive.
