I basically reside in Australia and was visiting india for 3 weeks so decided to visit Physio in Bangalore. I had soreness on my left Hamstring and on my right arm. I have been going to gym for almost 15 years and usually concentrate on training and hardly on stretching after the workout. I did google search for Physiotherapist near Jayanagar and found Aster in JP nagar which was convenient.

Met Dr.Palak who helped in completing an AI based assessment of all the muscles in my body and as per the recommendation, they designed the workout specially for my hamstring and arm and took me through each exercise and explained how it affects the body and the impact it has on my day to day activities. We had 4 sessions and i had completely recovered and was able to walk and stand for long periods without feeling the pain on left hamstring. Big thanks to Palak Dengla who have done a tremendous job in accomodating me at my free time and giving me the attention and the time. I never felt like i was rushed through the sessions. Due to respiratory issues my father was not able to walk even for small distance. He had undegone lobectomy , part of lung removal in 1986, since then he had breathing issues often. After meeting with Dr. Koushik sir we felt better. as per suggestion we had pulmonary rehabilitation for 18 sessions with Dr.Palak . there was much improvement after the sessions and my father was able to walk without any issues and was able do small works at home also now . Thanks to dr. Koushik sir and his team, with team support and their guidance there was drastic improvement in my father health condition. Thanks to Dr.Palak from Physiotherapy team, its very good here, lot of personal care and quality work with continous monitoring and advancing programme of rehab was done.
