He diagnosed the problem well. I was clear that I wanted to keep playing, so he charted out a strengthening schedule for my entire leg. He was clear from the first day on what treatment process we should take moving forward.

It's been over 2 months and I can see lot of improvement in overall strength and stability and at this point I do not have a consistent pain either. Being a sports physio, he has helped me improve my condition a lot. I have been to other therapists in Bangalore, but by far Dr. Abey has improved my condition to a level where I can play pain free.

Its been 2 months and the knee pain is 95% gone. I am sure I'll be 100% ok in next 2-3 weeks. He clearly explains the cause of pain and how the exercises are going to fix the pain.
