When called to enquire the availability, doctor said that she would be in the clinic at 5. My mother in law had bp shooted to 190/90. Doctor gave her some tablets and injections and asked for medical tests. *** ********* *** **** *** *********
BUT, next day when we tried calling her from all the numbers given to us, she was not reachable and did neither respond to my msgs.
Her condition was very critical and we had to rush to the hospital and get her admitted.
Dr. Rathi responded on Sunday and her response was very pale. She dint even bother to check how the patient was!
Being a friendly doctor (at her clinic) she is not reachable when in emergency.
People who wish to go for treatment with her please make note she might not be available in case of emergency!!

Recently I got a patient from practo.
The patient came to me to show her mother in law. But she hadn't booked any appointment she merely said she will come after 5 pm. I was informed by my staff nurse and I saw the patientin 5mins.
However the patient was very abusive towards my staff . She threatened to throw my display board n used very foul language.
I was polite to her and treated her mom in law and asked. Them to do her blood tests . I also gave her an option of doing the blood tests from outside however she insisted on doing them in my clinic.
After she agreed I called the lab personnel however she fought with them too.
I had asked the patient for review on Monday however she did the lab tests from outside and messaged me that her mom in law is admitted in hospital.
I gave my opinion on the reports.
I communicated through whatsapp and all her claims are wrong.
No doctor can be available 24x7 . Even we have other commitments.
I don't want any false allegations levelled against me.
