Very Friendly and ComposedDr. Sommanna is a highly experienced and composed doctor who understands not only the problem but also the psychology of the patient. This is extremely important for most people when dealing with sensitive areas/issues related to the urology side. I had developed balanoposthitis (due to poor hygiene) which led to penile foreskin inflammation wrapping around the penile glan like a belt (and yes it is as scary as it sounds, especially the way your penis looks). Since I didn't understand the nature of the issue, i felt very scared and uncomfortable (fearing it could be some form of cancer). But after visiting the doctor, he said it was quite common among uncircumcised males (mostly due to bad hygiene and tight foreskin). He asked the right questions and suggested I undergo circumcision (since i have had tight foreskin issues for sometime now).
