As refereed by Dr.Nagesh Koratagere who was my treating doctor for dental problems, met Dr.Sanju Jacob for Microscopic Endodontics RCT treatment. I underwent root canal treatment with Dr.Siju Jacob during my visit on May 24,2024. Dr.Siju Jacob sincerely did his best up to a point what Doctor can do at that point of situation then he advised me to go for a scan.

I went for a scan on May 25, 2024 and brought the scan report on May 30,2024 to consult Dr.Siju Jacob for further treatment. After going through the report he briefed me the situation, treatment and the constraints and other alternatives. When he started treatment he found constraints in my affected teeth and advised me to go for a complimentary scan again and informed me to wait for six months, if the pain persists or any discomfort in between advised to go for a minor surgery and concluded with a happy note" the teeth can be retained without removing". Let me hope for the best. If there is no pain review the situation after six months.

At present I don't have any pain or discomfort. The entire process is very transparent, adopting and understanding the technology by Dr.Siju Jacob shows his skills and knowledge. His communication skills and assurance keeps the patent more comfortable . I am fine and happy with the treatment and finally to thank my Doctor Dr.Nagesh Koratagere for referring me to a smiling and soft spoken doctor Dr.Siju Jacob for advance treatment.

Dr Siju Jacob has surpassed my expectations on several levels. I had two failed root canal treatments in India and the UK. The dentist in the UK told me his treatment had failed and the only option left was surgery. I refused to accept this and travelled to Bangalore to see Dr Siju. I have spent one month here and I am relieved and overjoyed that my treatment is complete, with no surgery or any harsh treatment. During this time I was able to get to know Dr Siju on a more personal level.

Beyond being a world class Orthodontist (I have lived in 11 countries), Dr Siju is an honest, kind, gentle, ethical, spiritual, philosophically mature man with a wicked sense of humour. All these attributes make him a rare and special human being.

Dr Siju’s team - Dr Ashwini and Dr Justin Jacob have also helped me through this stressful time. I have met Dr Justin twice , he is knowledgeable, kind and gentle. All staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants are polite, polished and professional. Well done The Root Canal Clinic.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Siju’s for the last 8 months where he has helped me with saving 2 teeth which had already been RCT treated twice before but continued to flare up. Dentists outside the country had refused to do an RCT on these again and had recommended extraction. Additionally he made every effort to save another tooth that had been previously RCT treated by another dentist however had developed a severe infection due to a poor job done.

Dr Siju is truly a specialist in his craft and that comes through from the minute you meet him and as he discusses treatment options. He uses a microscope to perform the procedure and as a result can treat the tooth with minimal damage to the structure and he has also been able to locate and treat canals that other doctors have missed previously. But even beyond the procedure, he goes above and beyond to take personal care of his patients. I live outside the country and needed to frequently reach out to him during the course of the treatment and he would respond very quickly despite the time differences.

Word of recommendation, if you’re ever told you need an RCT done please just have Dr Siju do it in the first instance. It will save you a world of pain and a whole lot of money years later when you’ll need to go to him anyway.
