I had a different experience, I booked for an anomaly scan in a clinic and was waiting there for this Doctor, once he came in one of the nurses informed us that the machine is not working and asked us to come after 3 days, but Doctor understood our helplessness and he was so kind as to help us by taking us to another clinic in his own car and prioritized the entry and then he took the scan. He explained everything in detail during the scan.

He explained every thing in detail and make us very comfortable though we had gone for initial scan but looking at my condition he did advance scan and spend good amount of time during check up.
