I had consulted the doctor and it was for kidney stones related issues. Consultation was fine by the doctor. He helped me to understand issues. I would like to recommend the doctor to many people. There was no waiting time when we went. Scanning was done. Medicines was prescribed by doctor during consultation. He was friendly.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I booked the appointment via Practo it got confirmed. I called the clinic the make sure the time is confirmed as I had important meetings after the doctors appointment but I needed to see a doctor with my urgent problem. On the phone they told me they call the doctor to check if he is coming in today. They called me back and said 10 am won’t work, he will be there at 10:30 am. I asked them if there is anyway to make it earlier, they said come earlier we try. When I came the doctor wasn’t there. At 10:30 the doctor was still not there. At 11:10 am the doctor still wasn’t there and didn’t answer the phone according to the clinic. Unbelievable! What an aimless of time I went through. Never booking this clinic or doctor again.
