I was made to wait 1.5 hrs. despite making a prior appointment. After repeated questing at the counter, they told me 10 mins each time. Finally, when the doctor comes, she gives exactly 5 mins (recorded in my stopwatch)

That’s not acceptable for a paid service.
No apologies for making the patient wait for so long, no briefing from the past consultation.
Although the doctor seems friendly, I guess she wasn't in the right mood when i visited her.
