White spots on gum
I am a khaini user for 8 years , past 5, or 6 days i noticed two small white spots on my lower gum, it doesn't hurt at all,
can it be a cancer,thnx

It might be a pre-cancerous condition. See a dentist immediately and get the severity assessed. Stop the habit immediately. Otherwise it will turn into a definite cancer in a short time without your knowledge.
