Can she travel in flight at six months pregnancy period?.
Now she is 4 month pregnant. She don't have any further disease conditions.

Of course she can travel in flight. Keep on moving legs off and on. Prefer to have seat with enough space to move legs and try to avoid keeping them hanging down for long. Avoid flight of more than 5 to 6 hours.

Yeah air travel can be preferred upto 28 weeks.
Road travel should be avoided in 1st trimester.
Train is better in any trimester..
