If your pregnancy is low risk , inform your obstetrician and get consent , if you ask me , traveling in flight is not always safe due to the pressure change in high altitude . But if you must travel then , take precaution , don’t eat cold food given on flight , hydrate yourself well . . If nausea or vomiting take prior medication from your dr .
