It is because of laryngopharyngeal reflux.

Antacid will be fine. If symptoms persist, Laryngoscopy needed

Many times it’s reflux only better take Tab nexpro rd and syp gaviscon 1-1-1x7 days Can review after seven days if symptoms persist can plan for laryngoscopy
