Hi., I can understand your concern. Plan for proper diet, Do carbs and calorie counting. Take adequate protein. Avoid processed foods. Drink adequate water. Also plan for regular exercise for 30 mins. 10 thousand steps per day. And make sure your TSH levels are normal with the current dose of thyroid medicine. If not, change the dose after consulting.

You lose weight you lose diabetes and PCOS Hypothyroidism on the other hand is not reversible with weight loss. Just take supplements
