  4. Newborn baby 18days old. Respond asap.

My newborn baby boy 18 days old , due to continues motion we are seeing redness around anus and cries a lot for every little motion we are applying Himalaya rash cream past 2 days and cleaning with cotton but didn't saw any improvement .appreciate if anyone able to respond asap .thanks in advance
