Can i travel at 17-18 week of pregnancy
Hi Doc, Need suggestion if i can travel for 7hrs in sleeper train in b/w 17-18 week of pregnancy. I was having pcos prob and in my early pregnancy days i was completely under medication and bed rest as i was bleeding in my 2 month of pregnancy. At 3rd month starting bleedingn was stopped and doc said that everything is now good however asked me not to travel. I use to travel daily 2hrs to office at be in office for 9 continuous hours sitting only. Please let me know if i can travel thru train so that i can meet my parents

Get one ultrasound done, if everything is fine, you can travel just avoid lifting heavy weight and excessive jerks. To be safe start cap sustein 200 per vaginally once at night
