Bolting due to endometriosis
May someone pl help me with suggestions on what can I take for excess bloating due to endometriosis. I hv heard peppermint oil capsules are helpful. Pl suggest anything better. I don't hv any other issues but my bloating is horrible.

Some gastro intestinal symptom like nausea vomiting and stomach fullness like blotting can be present in the endometriosis so you should take consultation from a doctor to know your complete history and give you right treatment. For best treatment it's require to take  complete history of patient so it's necessary that  Once time you should take consultation from a good doctor.
Next Steps
take plenty of fluid as a first line treatment. change your lifestyle like avoid fatty and  spicy diet.
Health Tips
you should do ultrasonography of your whole  abdomen with pelvic area at a regular interval of time.
