Waited for doctor's appointment for long time. Cost of medicines are huge. No clear explanation of how the treatment will be carried out. The doctor gives us an appointment but doesn't turn up, and we go back without visiting him. No commitment, no responsibility from the doctor. The girls at the reception too respond rudely.
