Dr said give meftal spss id it safe in pregnancy

Upper abdominen pain is usually because of acidity
Pantop should have helped
Meftalspas is safe in pregnancy
But this will not help in upper abdomen pain
Get an ultrasound done

Only dicyclomine can be used.Mefenamic acid is not safe in pregnancy.
