Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am 24 yesterday i facing problem pain and can't speak properly and can't eat food because small stone on my gum in mouth just below tongue right side it not like white patch it small two tiny stone which giving pain

I am pregnant..just 45 days Having wisdom tooth pain which is so heavy.. Is it good to take treatment

I have done composite filling in my wisdom tooth but dentist didnt remove the whole carries some remains(as he said more drilling can expose the nerve) and then he did composite filling on it and told carries will progress may be but nothing to do...now my question is if my seal is tight and intact then how remaining carries can progress as bacteria cant get nutrients and oxygen from outside??? Will it progress without food supply or they will inactive?

In my tongue under ulcers and pain I can't speak properly and I can't eat and mild fever and when I can't eat spicy food and it problems I suffer yesterday

I have done composite filling and there is some carries already remains under the filling(because its deep so my dentist told more drilling can expose the nerve)..now my question is that instead of tight composite filling how bacteria can survive and progress?? How they gets nutrition as tight filling remains...

I have a mild gap between my two upper front teeth. When I smile, this gap is clearly visible from the right side, which makes my smile look uneven. The gap is not very big, but it is noticeable. I have noticed this white patch in my inner cheek. It is smooth, soft and when I press, it is filled with blood again. This is the same spot where I had undergone laser surgery twice. First it was mild dyplesia; second it was oral lichen planus in the year 2022. Should I go for the biopsy once again. Please suggest a further treatment plan. Should I visit an oncologist, dentist, ENT specialist?
