Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi doctor, couple of years back, my daughter fell down on my Nose strongly. After that, I got face/cheeks pain and for few days and reduced after 2-3 weeks, since the I have been getting Ringing sound in my left ear. I did consult ENTs and they did few tests confirmed there is no issue with the Ear. I did consult Neurologist and they did MRI head and neck confirmed there are no tumor etc., But what I observed is whenever I open my jaw wode I hear clicking sound and my tinnitus sound becomes horrible and when I close it reduces for a minute and comes back to normal sound after sometime. What could be the issue? I doubt this is related to Jaw misalignment or may be something else? What tests I need to do to confirm. Kindly reply

I recently had a 6-unit zerconia bridge cemented (3 days ago).I have noticed a gap/open margin, where the crown meets the gumline on one of the supporting teeth in posterior side and I can gently insert  edge of my fingernail into the space. I have had the margin verbally confirmed as a gap by experienced dentist. The placing dentist is resisting the replacement of the bridge, suggesting that nothing will happen. I already lost my front teeth and I'm worried about long term health of remaining teeth. My questions to the dental community are: What is the accepted standard of care regarding marginal fit for a permanent prosthesis like this? What are the confirmed long-term risks (decay, gum disease) of leaving a visible open margin on an abutment tooth? What is the definitive, ethical solution recommended for a bridge with this type of technical defect immediately after permanent cementation? Sir/Madam My dentist my old metal crown on a RCT treated tooth with a new metallic crown, as the old crown was worn out... The new crown was placed 6 days back but since that day I am feeling a metallic and sour taste from the crown and whole mouth feels metallic and salty . Is it normal or serious. Pls help what should I do ? Thanks in advance

Hi Sir/Mam, Maine ek mahine pahle gutkha khana band Kiya hai. Me left side se gutkha khata tha. Ab kabhi kabhi khata hu to right side se khata hu. Ek mahine se sab kuch thik thak tha. Lekin 5-6 din pahle mere left gaal me ek red colour ka chhota sa spot aaya, maine uspe haldi or ghee laga diya. Uske baad wah spot thoda fail gya or ab 5-6 mm ka ho gya hai. Kinare par lal hai or beech me white sa. Isme na koi dard hota na bleeding na irritation. Please suggest me treatment and diagnosis.

Me karib 10 saal se gutkha khata tha left cheek se. Gutkha band karne ke 30 din baad mere left cheek me linea alba jaisi white line appear huyi or kuch din baad fade ho gyi. Fir 2nd molar ke samne cheek me ek painless red spot/ulcer jaisa aa gya tha. Maine 5-6 din baad ENT doctor ko dikhaya to unhone kuch antibiotic, antiallergic or steroids tablet or ointment diya. Jiske 2 din ke istemal ke baad red spot thik ho gya or white line fir se aa gyi hai. Doctor ne mujhe Turminice plus tablet bhi khane ko bola 10 din ke liye. Ab red spot ki jagah white line ke thoda upar ek soft si gaanth/tissue feel hota hai jo jeebh lagane par gaal ki satah se bahut halka ubhra hua feel hota hai. Usme koi dard ya jalan nhi hoti. Iska colour bhi normal cheek skin jaisa hai. Mera muh me 3 ungli aram se chali jati hai. Please sir batao ki ye gaanth ya tissue kis chiz ka hai. Kya yah friction ki vajah se to nhi? Please kuch treatment bataiye.

My son having bad smell in the mouth however he is doing brush daily please advise how to avoid this

Hello dr my son turned 2 year old last month .he has missing tooth in lower right side his deciduous  lateral incisor is missing on one side.i observed when the gum swelled and there's  sign of eruption but now when I observed there are only 3 incisors and canine also erupted showing little gap .I'm worried what happened ?! That anesthesia which is use locally in gum before tooth extraction, So is it safe in all trimesters of pregnancy ? I mean is it safe to extract tooth in any trimester of pregnancy due to anesthesia ?
