Healthy morning, Plz check blood profile It may be due to high metabolism , try to do weight - lifting. Eat small , frequent meals to help build a healthy appetite. Plan for 3 meals and 2-3 snacks each day. Some quick snack ideas - crackers and cheese, yogurt and fruits, peanut butter toast, fruit and nut mixes, hard boiled eggs, eggs salad on crackers, high calorie smoothies add in diet

For this your medical history, symptoms and clinical evaluation is important. Some blood test will helps identify the reason behind this, because weight loss happens due to high BMR. 1) CBC 2) TFT 3) LFT 4) KFT 5) nutrients deficiency test- vitamin D and B12, folate and iron 6) HbA1c 7) Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP): To check glucose levels, calcium, and kidney function. 8) Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP): To provide additional information on liver function and protein levels.
Next Steps
Do strength training/ weight lifting and take adequate protein-  1.2- 2.2 gram per kg body weight. You should take lean meats, eggs, full fat dairy products. In vegetarian - all types of pulses and legumes. Take enough simple carbs and starchy fruits and vegetables. For detailed diet plan you should discuss on video call.
