Hello doctor ,I got injured while doing deadlift in gym month ago, i consulted doctor he gave medicines plus did some therapy for 4-5 days although my 60-70% pain is gone but still I can't bend and some pain is still there , I want to ask is should I start Some sort of stretching and light exercise or Do bed rest untill I Fully recover

Gym Injury, Forward Bending Pain full .... looks like a case of derangement, hold on still for a while be gentle and careful, avoid forward bending, if possible, try doing extension in lying, also known as Bhujanga San, if possible do it under the supervision of known Doctor. i am sure this will help you.
