Food to eat with gout and sugar
I have both diabetes and gout. Seems like food that I can eat for gout isn't good for blood sugar. What can I eat that will be good for both. Please help me. I'm new to this

Hi You need to manage your dietary intake very carefully Add more vegetables in your diet. Avoid potato, sweet potato & arbi. Fruits such as mango, banana, cheeku, grapes & litchi should be avoided. Except these all can be taken. Whole wheat grains can be taken easily. Water intake should be increased since it will help to remove any uric acid build up in body. Avoid drinking alcohol. Eat non fat dairy products Eradicate sugar complelety. Regards, Godiets.
