Dark circles can be due to many causes like sleeplessness,atopy,anemia,stress etc etc.Cause need to be identified 1st and management will be then decided.Acne scars will not respond to alovera gel allone.Lasers,retinoids,peels,microneedling and PRP etc are the best treatment options
