Anxiety and depression
I am good person and try to be honest, i am not able to look into the eyes when talking with girls.This problem started 6 months back and now it is not at all possible me to look at their eyes. So i am avoiding talking. Please advise and I want to talk in person .

It is necessary to know what is causing you to feel uncomfortable about talking to girls. Consult a psychologist and explain about fear of talking to girls.
