I was very perfectionist in nature. I love my job also, first 2 year I do my job very peacefully without stress. But from last 1.6 year, there is lot of responsibilities and work load on me, and I can't tackle this. My work efficiency get degreded day by day because of internal stress, I can't focus on my work, my daily routine get also hampered, feel very low energetic, not willing to do anything, my work performance get down.
