Stepping in Starlite Nutrition has changed our lives in a healthier way. We as a family are ardent clients of Starlite.A month ago, My Moms Diabetic Levels have shot upto 500 due to which her body functioning has badly effected & it was a medical emergency. Her heart health was low and she was also diagnosed with Thyroid at the same time. Dr. Anjali has been very kind in putting her efforts to look into every aspect. She has immediately prepared a food plan which was altered every week accordingly. Along with the medication it was the nutrition routine and the eating time patterns that has improved my moms health. They have also provided us with Diabetic Millet Powders for Idlis, Dosas & Rotis. Millet Rice & Cookies which are healthy alternatives to regular food. Its just been a month now and my Moms Diabetic & Thyroid levels are restored to normal range. Star lite Nutrition should be now well known because of Doctor Anjali. She has been honest with me of what could be done and what is not possible rather than creating false expectations. I am diabetic with high blood sugars for the past 13 years due to which facing fertility issues as well. When I have explained my situation to Dr Anjali she first focused on my diet, exercise and lifestyle. Accordingly she has prepared a 6 weeks meal plan for me which includes whole grains, less of carbohydrates or starch and more of fiber in my food. Regularly she used to catch up with me to understand the differences to change the plan. She has displayed loads of patience and welcomed me with her warm voice. Before I visited her I was 68.2 kilos and now I have reduced to 65 kilos as I am not supposed to lose wait drastically. Thanks a lot doctor and you deserve kudos for the work and to your team.

Dr Anjali is really friendly and also a very innovative consultant. I am somebody who doesn’t have time or inclination for exercise and a foodie. Typically a doctor would not be able to help - but consulting with Dr Anjali helped me to find a great diet plan that helped me lose more than 10kgs within a month and a half.

Kudos to her and her team for creating a tailor made plan that accommodated my frequent travel and didn’t make me feel I was missing out on enjoying the good life.

It’s really good to know about dietician Anjali garu as I lost 6kgs in two months.my journey with her changed my aim which was losing weight to my new aim which is leading healthy life.she is really a wonderful person who works hard with her clients and give maximum results. Also she teaches us about not to sacrifice your food rather it’s about managing how to eat right.
