Overall good experience on the basis of first report but after her consultation when I reached out to her to share my next report she was hardly care about as my video consultation was as completed and only chat option was available. I had to reach out to other doctors to treat my infection which came in my culture report but according to her everything was normal. She told to continue the same medication, it was not like she don’t care to examine and give time to her patients on chat. The time duration was a lot to wait in chat and I had to reach out to customer care to tell the doc to reply me urgently. If you are consulting with her make sure to buy the consultation again to able to get the proper treatment on time as chats don’t matter. Thanks

The doctor didn’t even bother to acknowledge our concerns though we booked an appointment through practo. The least she could have done is atleast transfer the consultation request to someone else or reply back to our messages in chat
