He developed services such as memory clinic and led community mental health teams and inpatient teams. He was a faculty member of YLL medical school, Singapore and Asst Adjunct professor with Duke-NUS medical school, Singapore. He had given several talks in conferences, workshops, training programs and public forums. He has had research publications and presentations in Conferences.
