Excellent doctor for dental problems. I suggest to visit once for any dental problems as she explained the problem very clearly.

I try to be more honest and explicit. Today i completed my treatment. I take 3 years to write this review.

My case history:

1. My tooth(2nd molar) was decayed and I got root canal treatment from Dr. Swaroop's care dental Nellore. My operation was done by little girls in playful manner it was a failure. After 6 months infection got relapsed, again they diagnosed and instead of re root canal they changed my zirconia crown for 25k.

2. Same thing happen again the infection got relapsed and relapsed and relapsed I have lost 75k rs. I become psychologically low and started to live with the infection

3. After we shifted to Vizag. On my mother’s suggestion I got my orthodontic treatment from Dr.Ramam advanced dental care opp. Walter club Siripuram jn. Same thing happened without seriousness Doc. continued treatment on phone calls and jokes with staff I thought for this time I'd lose all my teeth, so I don’t want to take chance even though I’ve paid 25k in advance I quit my treatment.

My treatment in Krest dental:

After a period of time on a causal walk, I liked the design and the sense of clinic and I entered into it. I take appointment, I look at all her list of achievements and degrees.

I explained my orthodontic problem, she listened everything patiently, she identified the infection of teeth and suggested before ortho I need to undergo root canal treatment.

1. I went through root canal treatment it was successful. I never faced single problem.

2. I successfully completed my orthodontic treatment. It was the best decision I took in my life.

3. I get regular calls for oral health check-up, cleaning etc.

4. I was persistently suffered from pain, pus, headache I can’t able to concentrate on my work but now I feel free from those shackles.

Finally, I thought I paid fee for the trust, peace, I get from the clinic, I feel like I didn’t pay anything for the treatment.

Clinic always try to convey something, with his design, paintings, colors and absence of boundary wall.

Clinic is always calm,wise, fresh, novel, steady and clean.

About Doctor- Dr. Suneeta Veeramanchaneni garu

1. I would rather call her an artist than a doctor. I never seen a dentist who is passionate like her.

As an artist she become calm focused and do an operation meticulously like a craft.

2. Like a psychologist she empathizes well and listen to patient's talk patiently. she was straight to the point.

3. She is professional and perfectionist.

As a patient i know the value of organs, your organs are in a safest hands You will never find a better clinic than Krest dental atleast in AP .

Epilogue

I am greatly thankful for Dr. Suneeta Veeramanchaneni garu, for she redeemed me from the all oral health problems gradually in a systematic way which I had been suffered for long period of time.

I feel metaphorically she is like a mother of health who fought against demons (diseases) in a constructive way.

Very pleasant and Doctor was providing helpful information regarding preventive maintenance for teeth.

had gone there on Saturday . they took a very professional noting of all the medical history . the senior doctor assured that all my concern will be taken care of, and I was given a appointment for 9.00am on Monday morning.

on reaching the clinic, I.e 5 minute before the schedule time I

e. 9.00ami found that, it was hardly open. people were surprised to see me there.

after good time some receptionist turned up and surprised to see me there. perhaps they were not aware and perhaps no appointment was scheduled for me at that time.

nevertheless after some time another junior doctor turned up and I told her that I had an appointment with your clinic. I was called inside and she started again from start asking what problem I have and why I am here and what treatment I want. still keeping patience I briefed her my problems and yet again and they took a x-ray again.

during discussion I was told that it will require 2-3 sitting for the treatment , I told her these all has been discussed. and my whole purpose of coming here was to get some immediate relief and it won't be possible for me to go for treatment at this stage.

anyway she has suggested some filling etc and when she was about to start the process which require giving injection. I asked the doctor are not you aware of my history, she said no, I told her I had given all detailing on Saturday and without knowing or getting to read the patience history how you want to do a treatment.

I had gone to your clinic on high recommendation and the sole reason of going there was due to the fact that a USA qualified doctor will be doing the treatment.

If I have to get my treatment from a unknown n very junior doctor then I have my existing doctor ***** ** ****** *********. **** **** ******* ******** ** ***** ******* ***** ********** *** ******* ** *** **** ** ****** ********

highly disturbed and a totalally disappointed.

I have this phobia of dentists , like any one else..to say it truly..That was the reason , I kept postponing my dentist visit , for some time.eh..years.

But finally one fine day , I stepped into our family dentist clinic , Krest..yeah..all 5 of us are taking treatment here..my hubby , my son and d.in law and younger one..Shall I ask for a discount..an after thought.

I was made to feel at home , pleasant welcome , making me feel like a queen in my dentist chair..and the gentle way of counselling .

Hey..what happened to those laborious X Ray machines..which , in real were attacking me , here we have cute machines doing the same job..

Dr .Suitha explained to me about my dental condition and Dr Bhagyasree has done such exquisite cleaning to my teeth with deft handling.

I relaxed and was sitting day dreaming ..of what not..

That's it..my session is over ..she declared.

I patted my shoulder for being a good patient..kept my mouth open all the time..without uttering a world.

The place is totally new like never seen before with open windows and good ventilation as well as the space of each room is comfortable.

Dr.Suneetha launched this place for people to have stress free dental procedures. She is experienced and has lot of comforting communication skills.

The equipment used is well sterilized and maintained properly by the clinic.

Most importantly staff receives you with a smile. Whenever I get stressed, the doctor gave time for me to relax and asked me to cool down.

The main point of all is I don't have to a robot in the hands of dentist. She sees the patient as her own and treats them with care.

While doing the procedure too, Dr.Suneetha talks with the patient in a way for the patient to understand the procedure.

Dr.Suneetha has given me freedom to share my opinion and my fears regarding the procedure. She asked to raise my left hand if there is pain, I am sure I would have raised my pain hundred times with another doctor, here it's just an information but she has done it so nicely that I don't have to raise my hand.

Mainly, If you want to have a stress free procedure, painless, comforting, communicative approach from the dentist rather than the dentist taking it over.

Ive been to Krest dental for smile makeover. After examining my teeth and impressions, Dr. Suneetha veeramachineni told me that I have a deep bite which is effecting my vertical dimension of occlusion. She explained me everything what she is going to do and let me know the costs up front so that I was able to plan out my visit and future visits. Meanwhile Got my teeth and gums cleaned by Dr. Sabeena. She made me very comfortable and super friendly and yet at the same time very professional. The cleaning was very well done and could see the results immediately. She even followed up by phone the next day to check how I was doing. The entire team {Dr. Suneetha, Dr. Sabeena and the other dentist ** sorry forgot her name** } is very friendly and polite. planned to visit again in May for the actual treatment. Ive had great experience so far and would highly recommend.
