I visited the hospital, my overall experience is nice. I visited for family planning operation, the explanation is good. I got from online, first time visiting, waiting time is 10 minutes, the facilities are nice. I will refer to my family members. Staff behaviour is good.

\"The doctor's behaviour is nice but that she did not take more time with the patients, which I felt she did not take more time with the patients she just listens to the problem and she given the prescription. I like to suggest she can talk more with the patients. she should take more information from them like what is the problem. But she is good I m very fine till now I didn\u2019t get the problem.\r\n\

Really really bad experience of delivering my first born. When i went into labour, there were no doctors present in the hospital. no junior doctors too. Dr Pallavi refused to come and see me until the end of my labour even when we kept calling her and requesting her to come and see me. After that, when my pains increased, i had a panic and anxiety attack because of absence of any doctors around me. there were only some nurses who couldnt speak english or hindi. after several phone calls over the next few hours, finally when Dr Pallavi came, rather than comforting me, she snapped at me for not being patient enough and never gave me the option of epidural or any other remedy for pain. instead she just asked me to just bear the pain for the next few hours or go for a cesarean delivery. I eventually had a cesarean delivery. This experience has really caused trauma for me and I will be forever scared of birthing through normal labour.

Not sparing enough time, hardly less than 5minutes..not at all satisfied with the doctor. She don't care about the patients.
